Heavy Trip (Finnish: Hevi Reissu) is a Finnish road trip comedy flick about a metal band  given the opportunity to play at a festival in Norway.

Our protagonist, Turo (Johannes Holopainen), is a social misfit and metalhead living in a very small town who harbours a crush on the local florist. Turo heads a metal band, the aptly named Impaled Rectum, with his friends Pasi, Lotvonen & Jynkky who are surprising good and manage to score themselves a gig at a Norwegian music festival making them local heroes in their provincial town. Chock full of metal gags and references reminiscent of This is Spinal Tap!, Heavy trip is a surprisingly fun and easygoing film with a face-meltingly brutal soundtrack to boot. Definitely a must-see for metalheads or those willing to venture to the dark side.
